Pet Sitting
Our pet sitting service at home offers less stress and peace of mind for you, ensuring your furry friends are cared for without being an inconvenience to family and friends. Plus with our dedicated sitters, you can enjoy the added security of a crime deterrent, knowing that your pets are patiently waiting to shower you with wet kisses upon your return.
Pet Care
Our Pet Care service offers your furry friends a home-like environment at our caregiver's home, featuring group play, enrichment activities, and ample outdoor time. With around 17 hours of dedicated care, pets can enjoy a cozy community lounge, DogTV entertainment, and the comfort of an Adaptil plug-in to ensure a stress-free experience.

before your first service
the on-boarding
On-boarding is required prior to beginning services with us. They are a great opportunity for us to meet you, get to know your pets, learn their routine and space, and of course, answer any questions you may have before your reservation.
The On-Boarding is done at the
location of service, Charan will evaluate the behavior. Depending on how your pet reacts to the environment,
some suggestions before service date.
How on-boarding works:
We'll come to your home or at pet care provider home at your scheduled on-boarding time
First things first, we'll spend some time getting to know your pets to make sure they become familiar with us and we're able to connect with them
Then, we'll go through your paperwork so we can ask any clarifying questions. Once that's done, you'll have the opportunity to ask us any questions, too!
If we decide to move forward, we'll get you confirmed for your first reservation!
We will set up your Client Portal, along with sending you the paperwork to sign and agree.

Why do we charge for OnBoarding?
We believe in offering the best care possible for your pets, and charging for on-boarding helps us maintain that level of professionalism and service.
Here’s why we have this policy:

Time and Expertise: Our on-boarding allow us to assess your pet’s needs and answer any questions. This involves dedicating time and sharing our expertise with you.

Staff Compensation: By law, we are required to pay our staff for their time, even during on-boarding. Charging a small fee ensures our team is fairly compensated for their work.

Commitment: Charging a fee also ensures that clients who book are serious about moving forward. This helps us avoid last-minute cancellations and focus on providing the best service to dedicated pet owners.

Cost Recovery: There are costs associated with traveling or preparing for on-boarding, and a fee helps cover those expenses.

Professional Standards: Charging for on-boarding reflects our commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a professional standard.
We hope you understand that this small fee allows us to ensure your pet gets the best possible care, while also complying with labor laws and maintaining our service standards.
